Either way, this class ensures you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of project management.

This workshop is an introduction to project management principles and practices, and a first step for those seeking PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) and CAPM® certification. Students will learn and experience the basics of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects. Topics include establishing a project team, identifying and validating requirements, defining project baselines, developing work breakdown structures, managing risk, and controlling projects through the use of earned value analysis.
